At E. N. Laidler Books, we strive to provide every customer with a smooth and enjoyable reading experience. Because we sell digital products, our Returns & Refunds Policy differs from that of physical goods.

Digital Products

All e-books, downloadable files, and other digital content sold through our store are delivered electronically. Once a digital product has been successfully delivered or made available for download, all sales are generally final.

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for:

• Change of mind after purchase.
• Accidental purchases.
• Purchases made without reviewing the product description.
• Inability to use a product due to incompatible devices or software not listed in the product requirements.

Exceptions

We understand that technical issues can happen. We may offer a replacement file or another appropriate solution if:

• You receive the wrong digital product.
• Your download file is corrupted or incomplete.
• You experience a verified technical issue that prevents you from accessing your purchase.

If a refund is approved at our discretion, it will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
