How do I receive my e-book?

After your payment has been successfully processed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email with instructions for accessing your purchase. Depending on your payment method, delivery may take a few minutes.

I haven’t received my download.

If you don’t see your download email:

• Check your Spam or Junk folder.

• Make sure you entered the correct email address during checkout.

• Allow a few minutes for delivery.

If you’re still unable to locate your purchase, please contact us for assistance.

What devices can I read my e-book on?

Most e-books can be read on compatible devices, including:

• Tablets

• Computers

• Many e-readers that support the file format provided

Be sure your device supports the file type before purchasing.

My download isn’t working.

If your file won’t download or open:

• Check your internet connection.

• Try downloading the file again.

• Make sure your device has an app that supports the e-book format.

Can I share my e-book?

No. All e-books purchased from E. N. Laidler Books are licensed for personal use only. Copying, sharing, distributing, or reselling digital books without permission is prohibited.
